This notice explains what Ontos Nutrition and Wellness Ltd ("Ontos", "we") collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. It is written to comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).
What the enquiry form collects
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, WhatsApp number, age range, city, availability for the programme's schedule, your goals in your own words, and how you heard about us. It deliberately does not ask for health information — no symptoms, readings, diagnoses or medication. Health matters are discussed later, directly and with your explicit consent.
If you volunteer health information anyway
Some people include health details in the free-text fields despite our request not to. If you do, that content is treated as sensitive personal data from the moment it arrives, held under restricted access, and removed when your enquiry is transcribed into our records — unless you later give explicit consent for us to keep it.
What we record about your consent
With every enquiry we record the date, the version of the consent text you agreed to, and the channel (this website's enquiry form). If you tick the optional box for our notes on metabolic health, that marketing consent is stored separately, and you can withdraw it at any time from any email we send.
Where your data lives, and who sees it
Enquiries are stored on the website's own server, which we control, and copied into our client records in Notion so we can respond. We keep an enquiry until you ask us to delete it. Access is restricted to the two named people who run Ontos. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires.
The newsletter
Subscribing requires you to confirm your address by clicking a link we email you. Every issue contains an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
Your rights
Under the NDPR you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@ontoswellness.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the period the NDPR requires.
